Nichuang announces first half results

Micro LED manufacturer Nitron Technology will increase transfer equipment sales this year, which is expected to account for 10% to 20% of total revenue. Transfer equipment will be delivered in the third quarter, and revenue can be injected in the second half of the year. Turnkey Solution (turnkey solution) will be the biggest driver of operations in the second half of the year. COC (Chip On Carrier, Micro LED production process) orders are also very stable, and NRE (one-time engineering expense) orders are flat or growing slightly.

Overall, many projects will be implemented and completed in the second half of the year, so the revenue in the second half of the year is expected to be better than the first half of the year. The full-year target revenue multiple will grow, and we will strive to turn a profit in the second half of the year.

Nichuang’s revenue in June this year was 152 million yuan (NT$, the same below), the second highest in history, with an annual increase of 80.64%; the cumulative revenue in the second quarter was 323 million yuan, also the second highest in history, with an annual increase of 30.13%; the cumulative revenue in the first half of the year was 528 million yuan, an annual increase of 53.15%. The company stated that COC, Turnkey Solution, and NRE projects all increased in June. Among them, COC orders increased, Turnkey Solution recognized revenue according to the completion ratio, and NRE projects were completed, driving revenue in June to rise.
